Hiring Overview
Capgemini Exceller 2026 is a campus hiring program for 2026 pass-out students. The process focuses on communication, technical fundamentals, coding ability, and interview readiness.
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in all specializations and branches
- MCA and MSc candidates with CS/IT specialization are eligible
- Full-time degree completed within the stipulated time frame
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, and graduation
- No active backlogs and only one year gap allowed between XII and first year of graduation

Hiring Process

The end-to-end hiring process spans multiple online and interview stages. All rounds are conducted virtually and each stage is an elimination round.
Selection Process
- Communication Round: Virtual AI-based assessment for listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Technical Assessment: MCQ round with pseudocode, DSA, database, cloud, and networking topics
- Cognitive Assessment: Game-based questions for logical thinking and problem solving
- Coding Round: Two scenario-based coding questions in C, C++, or Java
- Technical Interview: Project, resume, Java/OOPs, and HR-style discussion

- Database fundamentals, cloud, networking, OSI model, protocols, and IP addressing
