- No standing arrears during recruitment process
- Not more than 2 years academic gap
- PAN card required at time of joining
Hiring & Selection Process
The selection follows a structured multi-stage process including an online assessment, coding evaluation, and HR interview. Each stage is an elimination round.
Round 1 — Online Assessment
- Technical MCQs covering DSA, OOP, DBMS, and logical reasoning
- Psychometric and cognitive ability questions
- Duration varies by stream; typically 60–90 minutes
Selection And Assessment
The online assessment evaluates technical and analytical skills. Performance can influence eligibility for package upgrades in later coding and interview rounds.
Package Upgradation Offer
Candidates who perform exceptionally in the coding and technical interview rounds may be eligible for a higher package tier as part of the performance-based upgrade programme.
